I care deeply about women. With roots in yoga and birth support, my passion lies in bringing women home to the inherent power that lives within their beautiful bodies.

As a Women’s Cycle Coach and Traditional Birth Keeper, my service to you is grounded in living in tune with the inner seasons of female bodies and the outer seasons of the earth. It is informed by many wise teachers, my own womb story, and most importantly, by you and your inner knowing and desires. And it is supplemented by a love of ceremony, ritual, and the archetypal journey of womanhood.
